Families can pick up a week worth of meals on December 21st and 29th between 11:15-1:15 from any of these Southeast schools: Beacon Hill, Hawthorne, Maple, Rainier Beach, Rainer View.

PNB is thrilled to invite you to enjoy this digital presentation of George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker®!

Incredible Years Parent Group beginning on January 2021
Who should attend?
The Incredible Years program is an evidence-based treatment that has shown success helping parents of children who are having behavior problems. In this program, parents will learn effective strategies to help reduce challenging behaviors and increase their child’s social, emotional, learning and self-control skills. We will offer groups for parents of children ages 5 to 11: School Age Basic Parent Group.
How long is the group and what does it cover?
This group includes 12, 2-hour online sessions. Parent sessions cover these topics:
- Positive discipline
- Child-directed play
- Use of praise and rewards
- Handling challenging behaviors
- Coaching emotional, social and behavioral regulation
Where will the group take place?
Groups will be offered through zoom on Tuesdays, starting January from 4:00 -6:00pm.
