We are super excited to announce the return of our Amity Guest Teachers! Our school will be hosting two guest teachers next year, Iris Ferro from Spain and Harol Rubio from Colombia!
We urgently need two families to host these amazing young people.
We understand that it is a big commitment, so we are only asking families to commit to eight weeks of hosting a teacher. The PTA will be able to contribute a small amount each month to help offset the cost of providing room and board for the Guest Teachers.
This is a truly unique opportunity for your family to:
- Practice Spanish at home
- Participate in an authentic cultural exchange by sharing your culture(s) and learning about Spanish or Colombian culture
- Build a fun and loving relationship with a young person
- Support the diversity and international nature of the entire BHIS community
