Information
The school is looking at survey results from families this week to determine how many students will be continuing with remote learning and how many will return April 5th for ½ days hybrid model. Teachers will be communicating with you next week about your child’s schedules. Also, for any families choosing the hybrid in-person model they will share information for safety procedures for students returning. You should expect communication from them on Wednesday or Thursday next week.
March 29th-31st (Mon, Tues, Wed):
Next week, March 29th-31st, all students will be learning at home a-synchronously. There will be no live or direct instruction from teachers. These 3 days are staff safety training and planning days. Teachers will be at the school setting everything up and planning the new student schedules.

Medication and Immunization Information
If your student needs emergency medicine or takes routine medicine at school for a life-threatening condition such as asthma, allergy, seizure, and *diabetes, please remember to prepare before the first day.
You will need:
- authorization for medicine orders from your medical provider.
- medicine with label stuck on it from the pharmacy
- care plan developed with your school nurse
*If your student has diabetes and is at a school without a fulltime nurse, we need to arrange a parent designated adult to care for your student at school. Please contact your school nurse or your principal.

Girls on the Run
Girls on the Run is starting at Beacon Hill Playground
Who: 3-5th grade kids who identify as girls
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 3/30 to 5/27
Time: 4:00 to 5:30pm
Families can register HERE. Practices will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 to 5:30pm starting on March 30th and going through May 27th; there will not be any practices during Spring break on April 12th through 16th.
Registration is on a sliding scale with full and partial scholarships available to all families, along with shoe and sport hijab scholarships also being available.

La escuela está analizando los resultados de la encuesta de las familias esta semana para determinar cuántos estudiantes continuarán con el aprendizaje remoto y cuántos regresarán el 5 de abril por medio día al modelo híbrido. Los maestros se comunicarán con usted la próxima semana sobre los horarios de su hijo. Además, para las familias que elijan el modelo híbrido en persona, los maestros también compartirán información sobre los procedimientos de seguridad para los estudiantes que regresan.
