The BHIS PTA is working to create a memorable yearbook to capture the school year, providing a memorable token of your child’s elementary school experience. The 2025–2026 yearbook will feature school portraits (taken by Dorian Studios) and candid photos from classroom activities, field trips, and school events like Lunar New Year, Field Day, Black History Month Celebration, and more.
Photo Submission: We Need Your Pictures
The yearbook relies on “candids”—photos from class activities, playground time, lunchroom fun, and spirit days—to ensure every student is represented. We’ve made the process simple so you can quickly share photos you have on your phone.
If you have any school photos on your phone from this year—classroom activities, field trips, or playground fun –
please email them to yearbook@beaconhillpta.org or feel free to upload these here in our private photo portal. .
What to share:
- Field trips
- Classroom activities (2–3 group “action” shots per teacher are targeted)
- Playground/lunchroom “candids”
Don’t worry about:
We will handle file names, resolution, quality, and checking consent forms.
Photo Deadline: Please submit all photos by May 1, 2026.

Sponsor a Student
To ensure every student has access to a yearbook, we’ll be including “Sponsor a Student” donation button on our Cheddarup link. Donated funds will be assigned to cover kids in need, ensuring equitable access for all.
Important: Photo and Name Consent
Without your permission, your child cannot have a photo or name included in the yearbook.
By granting consent, you allow BHIS PTA volunteers to use a photo or portrait of your child, including pictures with their names, as part of the 2025–2026 school yearbook. This applies to all photos, including their school portrait and class activity pictures.
